A victim of wheel madness - Graf Weckerle's Ferrari 458 Italia

Got a Ferrari 458 Italia and hate the way the rims look? No, I don't think so. This is because the Italia is one of the nicest looking V8 Ferraris that we have seen in recent years. It's rims included. But not to some people, specifically German tuning firm Graf Weckerle and their Ferrari 458 Italia demo car with Graf Weckerle “fleur-de-lis” alloy wheels.

21inch alloy wheels with that “fleur-de-lis” pattern. The wheels look like an eleborate flower or snowflake pattern. Something that looks good adorning the front gate of a house. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Maybe it would be good if you wanted to make your 458 Italia slightly more feminine. Something to lessen the masculinity of the car. Maybe with this the missus, mistress or girlfriend wouldn't mind driving the Ferrari to the shopping mall. It would make the Ferrari as cute and cuddly as the Fiat 500.

Or not. It made me cringe, a lot. And when you add the fact that Graf Weckerle assembles the alloy wheels from 184 individual pieces and then up the power output of the 458 Italia to 600bhp makes me shake my head in amazement. It basically adds femininity and masculinity to the car at once.

I suppose you cannnot get too much of both. But actually with this, you know you can.
