In addition, they have also conducted comprehensive experience training for dealership personnel and created an improved program of owner benefits called Cadillac Shield. The shield plan includes pre-paid scheduled maintenance, roadside assistance, OnStar and a myCadillac smart phone application, among many other various services. The Cadillac Shield program also covers the vehicle for 5 years and 100,000 miles on the powertrain, and 4 years and 50,000 miles bumper to bumper.
