Lexus presented the all new IS, now in its third generation (I think) at the North American International Auto Show recently.

Presenting an all new facia and aggressive styling, the IS from the start has been designed and engineered with one purpose in mind, to dethrone the BMW 3 Series as the best in its class.

 

American automotive publication Motor Trend recently had a chance to talk to chief engineer of the IS, Junichi Furuyama, to explain why the new IS is important and how this might re-invent the Lexus brand.

  • Is 'tiny living' really irrelevant in Singapore?

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post. But as we know, it isn't an option to begin with – no thanks, of course, to our lack of land space.  Someone also pointed out that the idea of tiny houses is "romanticised" – which, I don't deny (but hey, that's why it's a dream).
