Volkswagen's ultra hot hatch spied

By Faiming_low on 22 May 2015 in New model

Attached Image Rumored to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Volkswagen's upcoming ultra hot hatch, the Golf R400, has been spied undergoing tests in Germany. It is rumored to have at least 395bhp and would likely go on sale in 2016.

Expect the Golf R400 to make use of the 2.0-litre turbo first seen in the Audi TT Quattro Sport Concept and it will likely be paired with a dual-clutch DSG transmission and all-wheel drive as standard. Owners could be looking a 0-100km/h timing of less than 4 seconds and a top speed of around 280km/h if what rumored comes true...
