blogentry-133713-0-30521900-1437983589_thumb.pngAccording to 9News, CCTV footage showed a Dutch man who tried to launch his car across a retractable bridge escaped death. However, the 56-year old driver broke his ribs and punctured a lung while trying to climb out of the water.

It is not known why the man sped his vehicle underneath the arm of a security barrier before attempting his 'Hollywood movie' river crossing. The waterway had to be closed for several hours while a crane winched the car back onto dry land.

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post.
