Renault Megane RS driver survives horrific crash on the Nurburgring

By Faiming_low on 24 Sep 2015 in Motorsports, Videos

Attached Image The Nürburgring Nordschleife is called the Green Hell for a darn good reason and we are glad this Megane RS driver survived its horrific accident!

Spotted on the web, the following video shows one of the worst accidents we have ever came across in the recent years. Shot from a dashcam of a Nissan 200SX coupe, a Renault Megane RS was seen overtaking the Nissan 'in excess of 190km/h' when it lost control of it.

Considering how bad the impact was, we are extremely glad and surprised to see the driver get out of his car on his two own feet. According to the owner of the video, the driver only suffered from minor bruises and cuts and was fine otherwise.

Warning: the video contains explicit language

Since young, Fai Ming has always centered his life around cars. In fact his first word was 'car' and not 'mum' or 'dad'. Aren't kids cute?

A lot of VWs and Beemers.

First it was Megane RS who was king of the 'ring...dan Leon Cupra 280...dan Civic type R.

The chase for such silly titles will get someone killed one day. Now this video proved that these car makers are just trying too hard.

They fight in the 'ring, they fight in terms of pricing, plus they are not cheap to begin with and in the end how many boy racers buy the car? The whole thing is so pointless.

The Megane RS driver made the mistake of steering onto the grass, causing him to loose traction. This is simple common sense.

Driving into the grass could be caused by induced trail braking due to panic or over-correction due to poor judgement. We can't tell cause it happen behind the cam.

Common Sense yes, but sometimes shit just happens even if you know it..

You must be kidding. He obviously went too fast and couldn't steer and flew straight INTO the grass.
