Tesla Model S and Model X P100D modes to go even faster

Attached Image Tesla Chief Executive Elon Musk has confirmed that the electric company's P100D Model S and Model X SUV will go even faster.

The news was announced on Musk's Twitter account saying "there will be a P100D Ludicrous Easter egg soon that uncorks the full performance".

By mentioning 'full performance', we guess the car will be able to go faster via an over-the-air update.

The Model S P100D is claimed to be the fastest accelerating production car on sale, with an acceleration time of just 2.5 seconds for the century sprint.
