Toyota 86 available soon with High Performance Package in Japan

Attached Image Toyota Japan has released details of its recently-facelifted 86 with a High Performance Package for its home market.

Attached Image While there is no change to its powertrain nor its performance figures, the Toyota 86 GT Limited High Performance Package adds Sachs performance dampers, Brembo Brakes and new 17-inch wheels. It is available in both the six-speed manual and the six-speed automatic guise.

Attached Image Also made available is the 86 Solar Orange Limited Edition where it receives the special exterior paint job. Inside, alcantara upholstery with orange stitching feature. Owners who wish to specify their cars with High Performance Package, as well as the front underbody cover and rear wing can, do so at an extra cost.

Attached Image Both new trims are scheduled to launch in Japan in March.
