With only 162 cars on offer currently, fans were slightly disappointed with the amount on cars in the game as compared to its rival, Forza Motorsport 7.
As reported by Autoblog, Polyphony will soon release a small update for the game that’ll include the Shelby Cobra 427, Audi R18 Le Mans prototype and Zagato IsoRivolta Vision Gran Turismo. This update will also allow a greater number of game features to be played offline.
In December, another update will be released which will include cars such as the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible C3, Chris Holstrom Concepts 1967 Chevrolet Nova, Ferrari Enzo, Ferrari F40, Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, KTM X-Bow R, Lamborghini Countach LP400, Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A FD3S, Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II R32, Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II R34, Suzuki Swift Sport, and the Volkswagen Samba Bus Type 2.
The update will also see a return of the "GT League", where gamers can enter races for different types of cars, such as those with front- or rear-wheel drive layouts and certain engine types.
The remaining 35 cars which has yet been announced, will come with an update in March.
