Toyota C-HR bags best-selling SUV title in Japan

According to Japan Automobile Dealers Association, the Toyota crossover managed to hit a sales figure of 117,299. It is significantly ahead of the next best-selling SUV, the Honda Vezel at 64,332 units and the Toyota Harrier at 58,732 units.

Toyota's Prius also does well, claiming second spot for the overall best-selling model in 2017. Despite the good result, sales were down by just more than a third compared to last year.

If these cars are included, Honda's N-BOX is actually Japan's top-selling model with 218,478 units sold. From the photo above, it is clear that these 660cc mini vehicles have a huge presence in Japan, with half of the list occupied by them.

Since young, Fai Ming has always centered his life around cars. In fact his first word was 'car' and not 'mum' or 'dad'. Aren't kids cute?
