New Jaguar I-Pace goes against Tesla Model X in drag race

blogentry-133713-0-04976000-1520076096_thumb.jpgIt is not often we see a Tesla lose in a drag race. So when Jaguar released a video of its I-Pace going against the Model X in a drag race, we were surprised.

 

Shot in Mexico and with the help of racing drivers, Mitch Evans and Tony Kanaan, Jaguar organised a 0-96-0km/h race between its I-Pace and the Tesla Model X 75D.

 

With all-wheel drive, 395bhp and 695Nm of torque from its two electric motors, the latest Jag is able to do the century sprint in 4.8 seconds. Are these numbers good enough to fend of the Tesla? Watch the video and find out!

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post.
