Lotus founder's son receives his new Lotus Evora GT410 Sport

blogentry-133713-0-78087000-1523878956_thumb.jpgColin Chapman, who founded Lotus, might not be as famous be as Enzo Ferrari or Ferdinand Porsche but to people who loved driving, they would have heard of him and be glad that such a manufacturer exists.

 

Recently, his son, Clive Chapman, has taken delivery of the company’s latest sports car, the Evora GT410 Sport. Clive, who is also the director of Classic Team Lotus, collected his car in the company of Lotus's current CEO Jean-Marc Gales.

 

blogentry-133713-0-36815500-1523878960_thumb.jpgDespite being less hardcore GT430, the coupe is still equipped with a 3.5-litre supercharged V6 that outputs 410bhp and will do the century sprint in four seconds.

 

Painted in Empire Green, Clive will be driving the car across the U.K. and Europe as he and the rest of the Classic Team Lotus run their fleet of historic racing cars at vintage motorsport events.

    I almost always struggle to describe my state of mind when asked to consider how I'm feeling. How do you express emotions that exist together but work in opposition to each other?
