blogentry-133713-0-55724900-1534760875_thumb.jpgA Tesla customer recently received their gleaming new Model 3 and to their horror, one of their door inserts is different from the rest.

Painted in white, the Model 3 Performance cost the customer a cool S$107,000 which could also get you a BMW 5 series or Mercedes-Benz E-Class in the States. To match the white paint, the owner decided to spec the car with white interior trimmings.

However, to their horror, they realised one of the door panels wasn’t white when they got the keys to their car. To be precise, one of the rear passenger side door insert sported a brown trim instead.

Amazingly, no one at Tesla’s factory noticed the error, nor did anyone spotted the mistake at the delivery centre.

According to Carscoops, it is not sure if the owner managed to get the issue sorted out but we would be surprised if Tesla refuse to correct the embarrassing mistake...
