More of the Kanjozoku. Osaka's infamous Honda racers

blogentry-133713-0-35096800-1411555766_thumb.jpgThere are many routes/style to modify your car for example, the 'VIP' or the 'stance' look. But recently, there seem to a bit of a hype surrounding this Japanese style.

 

To be exact, its the Kanjo style. Featuring racers from Osaka, Japan, they call themselves the "Kanjozoku" and to be a one, you must be driving a Honda Civic. Why the Civic? Because, the preferred racing route known as the Kanjo loop (which itself is a lap of linked highways running through the city of Osaka) used to be pretty near where the Suzuka one-make Civic races were held.

  • It's okay, you're just feeling ambivalent

    I almost always struggle to describe my state of mind when asked to consider how I'm feeling. How do you express emotions that exist together but work in opposition to each other? When invited to join a gathering with friends, I delight over the prospect of catching up but also yearn to be lounging at home. I'm inspired by an accomplished co-worker yet envy her.
