The Mustang is the best-selling American muscle car now

blogentry-133713-0-22652200-1417750017_thumb.jpgFord's all new Mustang is topping the sales charts for the month of November 2014 with 8,728 units sold, almost twice as much as Chevrolet's Camaro which came in second with 4,385 units delivered in the same month. Dodge's Challenger came in third with 4,157 units sold, just slightly behind the Camaro. Interestingly, it recorded a huge 51 percent increase over the previous November with 2,757 units delivered.

 

According to Ford, the 2015 Mustangs are high in demand and only spends eight days in the warehouse before being sold. More than half of those sold are the 5.0-litre V8 GT models. The 3.7-litre V6 and the 2.3-litre EcoBoost models tie with 24 percent each.
