Renault's Twizy gets a Chinese clone

Take this Rayttle E28 for example. Obviously a copy of Renault's Twizy, this Chinese clone is created by China's Zhejiang Litong New Energy Automobile Corporation.

blogentry-133713-0-18485400-1421166995_thumb.jpgAccording to CarNewsChina, the Rayttle E28 is launched in September and is said to cost half of what a Twizy would while providing similar performance and better traveling range.

Not relevant to us: even the original Twizy was denied LTA approval to ply the roads here.

Some interior bits looks like it came straight out from a Toyota Yaris/Vios.

  • Is 'tiny living' really irrelevant in Singapore?

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post.
