According to the publication, it quotes Mitsubishi’s UK boss, Lance Bradley, who said the move from sedan to crossover is possible and it’s one they can afford. He also said, “When you’re not making money, there are things you can’t do. When you are making money you can do things that are good for the brand, but won’t necessarily make that much money. We’re not at a point where it’ll definitely happen, but we’ve got a lot of senior management talking about it.”

If what he said comes true (which we hope), expect the next Evolution to feature a hybrid powertrain and of course, a huge spoiler.

not sure how the response from jdm fans is gona be like. Even Subaru stopped "Sti"ing their Forester and Exiga. I would expect Mitsubishi would make a Hatchback evo instead

There's already a Pajero Evolution, which was a homologation special for the Paris-Dakkar rally. So there's your Evo SUV.

There's nothing new about this, certainly nothing "Evolution"ary. It's a step backward.

This is really really really really sad. I believe I speak for all JDM fans that we would like to see something like the Evolution 9 back again..

But as we know, it isn't an option to begin with – no thanks, of course, to our lack of land space.  Someone also pointed out that the idea of tiny houses is "romanticised" – which, I don't deny (but hey, that's why it's a dream). While it's clear tiny houses aren't going to work out here, the concept of 'tiny living' is; not just physically but also mentally. Anyone who has lived enough years lo
