According to Auto News, a Europe publication, a draft of the rules has been drawn up and it is believed that it will rule out highway testing of autonomous cars which in turn will definitely delay development of such technologies by the local firms. If true, this means that testing will be restricted to smaller local roads which hamper the testing of the system's cruising abilities.

It is also reported that the head of the automotive department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, She Weizhen, failed to announce when the regulations will be finalized and implemented at a recent forum in Beijing.

Now more than 30 years old, it remains the sole mall in the Bishan East area. Driving there? Here’s our quick review of the carpark.  Manoeuvrability: T
