blogentry-133713-0-40845400-1473130281_thumb.jpgMore photos of the BMW 1 Series sedan have already trickled out on the internet ahead of a reported world premiere in China. Set to go on sale in the first quarter of 2017, the car will only be for consumption in China according to Autohome.

 

blogentry-133713-0-72741700-1473130281_thumb.jpgLooking much like a shrunken 3 and/or 5 Series sedan, the Mercedes-Benz CLA and Audi A3 sedan rival will be available in China in 118i, 120i and 125i guise. The first variant is set to have a 136bhp 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder while the 192bhp 120i and the 231bhp 125i will feature a 2.0-litre turbo four-cylinder.

 

The Sedan shares the company’s front UKL platform with the MINI, BMW X1, the 2 Series Active Tourer and Gran Tourer. It will be built exclusively with Brilliance Auto, BMW’s joint venture partner in Shenyang, China.

  • Is 'tiny living' really irrelevant in Singapore?

    I discussed the possibility of living in tiny houses in Singapore in an earlier blog post.
