Aston martin's AM-RB 001 hypercar is in hot demand. Demand is outstripping supply by three to one according to Aston Martin. In an interview with Motoring, Aston Martin director of global marketing communications, Simon Sproule that over 450 people are looking at getting the car even though production will likely be capped at a max of 150 cars. This figure includes all prototypes and the track-only variant.

According to the article, Sproule reckons these customers are collectors who already have the 'holy trinity' from Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche and want to add the AM-RB 001 into the collection too.

The british hypercar is set to get more than 1,000bhp and weight less than one tonne. It will be as fast as a Formula 1 car around a track.
