blogentry-114362-0-56242000-1512015234_thumb.jpgLast weekend, Nissan held its 20th annual Nismo Festival at Fuji Speedway – nestled in the shadow of Mount Fuji – and threw the full spectrum of GT-R at it.

 

blogentry-114362-0-10868800-1512015359_thumb.jpgYep, this year’s end-of-year celebrations – whereby Nissan caps off its global motorsport year with a giant party – honoured the most famous Nissan of them all. Godzilla. Honoured it with 16 famous GT-Rs from history, dating all the way back to the Skyline HT 2000 from the late Sixties.

 

blogentry-114362-0-29861700-1512015200_thumb.jpgOthers included the famous Calsonic GT-R; the R32 won 19 consecutive races in Japan, and came out on top in a recent poll of Nissan/Nismo fan favourites.

    Built in the 1980s, Bishan (or Bishan New Town) may not be one of the earliest housing estates in Singapore, but it was the first whose HDB architecture saw a departure from the more brutalist designs of the past and featured more variation in height and design.  Residents are primarily served by Junction 8, which opened in 1993.
