Last time, bonus were 5 figures for me. Now, maybe 1 month or less is considered good. Anyway, priority is to pray that my job is still secure.

TS should add option of "No Bonus"

Mine yr end is only aws. Variable is in March only.

 

For me, variable is base on % of total annual pay (including aws) depending on performance. If just meet the set target, about 15% of annual pay. If can go above certain target can get up to 20% of annual pay.
