What 3 year old car to buy with 165 - 200K

Need some views on what car would you guys would recommend with 165K. I do have my set of requirements and choices, just wanna hear any more views that may be helpful.

And i'm talking about now, looking at changing earliest in Jan 2015, cuz me and gf spoke about future plans over the weekends.... Being a typical kiasu Sporean, better to plan first.

 

I'm still saving btw.....

 

By Jan 2015, I would have set aside $165K for my next car. I'm currently driving a FN2R, which I hope to sell for about $35K then...

Would prefer not to touch this 35K because i'm setting it aside to mod my new car, insurance upfront etc etc, if possible. The rest will be used as a "top up" fund if i'm off my ideal car by then... or use it as an advanced fund for my next, next car (yeah i'm kiasu) lol

 

Before I go on, 2 things

 

1) This is not a haolian thread, cuz I'm not saying im gonna buy a Lambo or Maser, Or Ferrari, so pls stay off if you wanna ka jiao my thread

 

2) I dun need motherhood statements like $$$ can be used wisely elsewhere, blah blah blue... Having this sum means I have my other needs comfortably budgeted for obviously (housing, investment, standard of living, future kids etc) - I just wanna pay my car in full, that's always my principle, don't intend to change that.

 

I'm aiming for a 2012 Audi RS3. Or if the A45 AMG comes in anytime soon, I might up my budget to cater that as well (I never believe in first hand cars cuz its too much to pay to smell the new car smell lol).

 

Requirements

1) Cannot be a 2-door car (family planning, possible pregnancy, etc) - I love GTR, but its not practical for me *sigh* not pro family I feel

2) Must have certain performance

3) Prefers conti car by then (if Japanese car, must be top breed jipun, like Evo, etc etc)

4) am not into luxury cars (So A4, 3-er, 5-er is not within my choice)

 

 

Based on my requirements and budget, RS3 would be the best choice?? any views?
