Early yrs must get good nutrition....i was choosy when i was young and oni started eating properly when i was in ns! Had to force myself to eat whatever was served if not go hungry. So best is to eat proper during the early yrs. I got a friend experienced growth further in jc.....he surpassed my height about jc or slightly after jc.....that means around age 18-19 is the last time he grow taller. In Beijing average male height is 174.7 cm (5 ft 9 in). Beijing is located in northern region of China, right?
