Joe Schofield teams up with his brother, Daniel Schofield, to present a one-night-only exclusive event to experience exquisite Tippling Club concoctions.
Famed for his unparalleled flair for innovative tipples, Joe Schofield, head bartender of Tippling Club, teams up with his brother, Daniel Schofield, assistant bar manager at one of London's latest bars, Coupette, on 10th February 2018, for a sensational journey of libation surprises.

Following the highly successful Once Upon a Time series, the Schofield brothers are set to impress with a series of intoxicating masterpieces supported by RemyCointreau. They team up with head chef Ayo Adeyemi, presenting an array of
ingenious concoctions with Tippling Club’s rendition of North England cuisine.

Paying homage to the iconic negroni, Joe will present the celebrated classic cocktail in the form of Sonic Negroni. Adding a touch of technology, he ages the negroni in a matter of minutes through ultrasonic sound waves, which would otherwise traditionally take a year. Other signature cocktails include Lust (The Sensorium Menu: Dreams & Desires), and a surprise drink.

Showcasing the other Schofield's intricate skills, younger brother Daniel shakes up Coupette signatures such as the Ramos/Gin/Figue. This is his personal take on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz that is manifested in a brilliant combination of fig leaf, gin, lemon juice, and egg white. Other delectable tipples include cherry wood-smoked Board Room, and a refreshing and citrusy Champagne Missionary Downfall.
