We rented a trajet for 2 days over the weekends from their jurong branch.
The car was in a really bad condition when we borrowed it, extremely dirty, with leftover items from the previous hirer, receipts, rubbish, bottles, used tissues, bird shit stains etc. We had to send it for cleaning because of it's disastrous state. This was not all.
Was told that we could return it at either of their outlets at jurong or kebangan but was reprimanded otherwise when we returned the car. We returned the car at the kebangan outlet and was told that we are charged an additional $30 for transfer fees, which is not communicated to us at all. Staff insisted that they have no such policy of returning the car at either of their outlet and no one would say such a thing. Service was not only extremely poor, staff even blamed us and suspected us of cheating them.
Overall experience cannot be worse and will never rent from them again.

Rented a lorry for logistical use.
Customer service was really bad, especially the attitude of the lady who picked up the call. I was told to submit a deposit and make a call to a number to confirm but when i found out that nobody picked up the call when i tried calling, naturally I did not submit the deposit. A few days later, the lady called me again with her bad attitude and inquired why i didn't submit the deposit. She demanded me to do so despite telling her the phone number she gave me was invalid and did not even apologize for the wrong number she gave me! Okay nvm, i decided to go on with the service because i needed the lorry.
The lorry was started when they gave it to me but turns out that the lorry had much problems starting. When i called them to clarify, they just said "Oh, sorry we forgot to mention the lorry had some problems". This wasn't the only problem, the man who told me the tank was quarter filled was obviously lying, i merely traveled for a short distance and the refuel light was on and i had to go refuel the lorry.
For a company that seems established, their service is way disappointing.

Just called the jurong branch for enquiry regarding the car I need to rent left me fuming. Very POOR customer service from the man who is picking up my call, very rude and attitude was very bad. Will never ever even consider to rent and a total turn off towards this guy who raised his tone to customer. Thumbs down.

Tha condition of the car is good. They do let me have a happy trip with their cars.

I used their leasing service. Quite handy and their vehicles are in good and tip top condition. Engine wise is no problem also.
Guess they maintained them very well :)
