Do Not SEND your vehicle to Chew Goon Motor for repairs/Accident claims

Throughout my 30+ years of motoring experience, having my car sent to their workshop for a simple 3rd Party claim is the WORST thing I've ever done!

1) Workmanship is Lousy (will provide pics to those who are keen to see)
2) Customer Service??? Think they don't have any
3) Follow-up on the repair (made 4 separate trips) who is paying for the transport??? (Constant emphasis from the old hag that I can only claim 2 days for lost-of-use), but since the accident to date its over a month that I've used the car other than driving back and forth the workshop).

Pls I sincerely advice NEVER SEND YOUR CAR THERE, IF ITS ALREADY THERE, BEST WISHES & GOD BLESS!

back to topic, it takes 2 hands to clap, you did not mentioned a single thing on how you had treated them....... all the while u are complaining about the workmanship, and did not mention about any problem with the process of 3rd party claim, which you claimed they are at worst in your 30 years of motoring........ well, it still serve a good warning to the rest of us who might be considering them for whatever reason......

I also don't understand why a complain thread got ban, is MCF only allow compliments for workshop?

To me most local workshops are not up to standard, I already numb, don't bother to complain anymore.

ok...noted...i got my own accident claim workshop...perhaps more people like to share their workshop address here..so far so good..tts why..haha..stay above my friends house..haha..cannot run away....smoke with my friend somemore...hahhaahaa....friendly people..there are..but i will not go even thou people say smear campaign.... why take chances...? this workshop can countersue this customer..in the papers big big..then i will haha...try again.. just a passing comment...black shop many many..to many until...black like soot already....
