I swear i will never buy PI car again. All these warranty are bull s--t

LOL but you should know a lot of AD warranties are also bull s--t. although at least you have someone to sue, they also make life difficult if you (validly) try to claim something expensive.

My AD even CHANGED the warranty terms unilaterally on me, while I had the car. So far nothing has gone wrong (touch wood) so I don't care, but if it ever gets to a dispute, it's going to be interesting - my warranty contract vs their unilaterally changed policy. I did not expect AD to do such shady things.

Whether a car distributor is good and reliable doesn't depend on their status as AD or PI. My current PI is outstanding. My previous AD had to be arm twisted just for me to claim a warranty claim. I was driving an Opel and it's auto transmission was failing due to a known defect of radiator coolant leaking into the auto box but our dear Eurokars did not do a recall to rectify fault whereas the rest of the world was doing it. When I told them my car's gear changes were becoming "rough", they kept doing transmission flushes thinking that would solve the problem, but the fact is once there is water contamination in your auto box, it is a case of GOOD LUCK to you! The auto trans will surely be permanently damaged because it is highly sensitive. The only time they were finally willing to replace my autobox was when my car completely failed and died along the road side and thank goodness it happened in Singapore because the day before, I was driving back to Singapore from Malaysia and the sound coming from my car engine was horrendous! I am lucky it didn't fail along the north-south in the night!

Hence, anything sold by Eurokars no matter how good the car may be, I will avoid because of my experience with them. Same with TTS for their unethical behaviour in business.

Not anymore. They gave it up and took over Mazda.

Hi All

Just join this forum. My car is due for maintenance so contacted TVM for maintenance but the hotline is no longer in use. I have another 2.5 years more of warranty to go but looks like it going go down the drain. Looks like we have to do a group complaint to get someone accountable. Anyone going to start some action do let me know. sad.gif

Actually discovered something might be wrong with them when send car for service but could not do much.

Yes, they like to keep your car for a LOOOONG time.

I gave up on them recently...on one occassion they even returned the car to me with the steering wheel not straight. Simple things like this cannot even do properly...what about the serious issues on the car

You'd better be careful. Steering wheel not straight may mean out of alignment, which could mean langgar kerb at high speed. Check your rims for damage - although they could have repaired these. And better check your alignment and suspension components.

EDIT: Just realised I'm responding to a nearly year-old post. biggrin.gif

I bought a warranty and service package from DK Performances, a chap called Kelvin.
However, now they are vanished before i could even return with my PI (Audi A5) car once.
a) Anyone know where i can find this crook?
b) Any good suggestion for servicing?

Hey guys,

I had a post earlier about the same, but now I actually got a problem.

I bought a "warranty" when I purchased my second hand Audi (2011 model), a car that seemed in perfect shape.
However, a couple of months later, the workshop that i bought the warranty from closed down. They were called DK Performances and run by a guy called Kelvin. Their number also ceised to exist. I am sure he was running a scam business, or at least not a trustworthy business.

Now I am looking for this guy. Do anyone know where to look?

Today I got some engine problems, and it may seems it is seroius enough - depending on final call from the workship i towed my car go.

Thanks for your help guys,

Thanks for suggestion.
I've tried different stuff, a lot of googling for sure.
It is not about the money, it is about getting this crook to be responsible for his actions.
