the passenger compartment and legroom have increased from previous model

 

got keyless go

 

 

anybody has any opinion on this new Rav4.

Why dont you visit one of our meetups on fridays. You can see/hear/understand more about the rav4. We just finished our annual event where over 50 rav4s drove up to desaru.

PI version: 7speed CVT but SWB.

BM version: 4speed ECT but LWB.

 

Both version comes from Japan.

Why dun you join us at our weekly friday meetup ?? You can get to see / feel and even test drive all kinds of Rav4 in one night ... I'm sure you will get more info about Rav4 in one night then visiting all showrooms in Singapore

i would go for the PI version but make sure you get it from a respectable PI.

 

reason: 7speed CVT, better FC and it's way cheaper. BM's variant is overpriced IMO and i don't really need that extra length. I find the SWB better looking too.

the SE told me it was 10km/l but i don't that's true.

 

2.4l with 4speed auto and it's a 4WD...hmm... 8km/l?

My fc is one of the worst ones there, im hitting 8.2 - 8.4. Mine is PI, the others are getting at least 9 to 10. Some lucky ones are getting 11.

Those 2.4L SUV will not have good FC due to it weight.

poor FC is more to do with the final drive ratio.notice how high the rpm will go when cruising at 100km/h as compare to saloon.Due to the weight,they need the lower gear ratio to pull the car from standstill
