Too harsh due to overexposure or too much post production processing using photoshop. Colours will be better with more depth.

Good angles though.

A more balanced photo should look like this (from clubrsx - and no, I'm no photographer, just someone who appreciates a good car photo)

I thought bright photos look nicer. Haha, thanks for the tip. Point taken. Will try to take darker photos next time! [:)]

Ya i realised some of the really nice pics that others take are quite dark.. [laugh]

Wa that pic really nice, can see he used good lighting.. Maybe he used polarizing filter too?

My camera still 'stock', no money to 'zhng' yet, lol..

bro that RSX pix is a little too contrasty. over the top. too much flash to compensate for the sky.

the sky is under exposed if you ask me.

not to mention, the shadow is in front of the car?

bro, sayang la, not ur best work. no offense ya?

seems like you had to work under very challenging light conditions, low light on car, very bright backgrounds. not to mention you had to close your aperture, so the DOF becomes deep and everything in back is too clear.

could have used a telephoto lens to throw off the background as well as to compress the pix. seems like you used too wide a lens.

i've seen much better from you!

Ya, i just meddled with the exposure on the pics. I guess it will be hard to open aperture bigger, as pics may turn out blur? I havent really try before.

But some how i feel that, my camera cant really work well with bright backgrounds. Any solution to this? Any tips to work under the conditions you mentioned? Low light on car, bright background..
