I visit these parks regularly to play my r/c boat : 1) Bishan Park - free on Sunday only 2) Sungei Mandai Kechil Park - free on Sunday only(flooded wif lorries) 3) Punggol Park - free every other day(limited lots only) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The fine is very expensive Sia.. Heng the blanglardash worker end up tio warning after he appealed for it.. But many may not be that lucky hor..
