Kelpie 2nd Gear January 4, 2009 Share January 4, 2009 any recommendation where to eat "hairy crab" (can match HK standard at least 80% and above) I used to eat hairy crabs until I saw an articule on infected one, which carry lungs eating germs/bacteria. These China imported crabs are infected due to the containminated rivers that they lived in. Normal cooking will not kill them. After knowing how heartless China businessmen can to do their products particularly food, I've stopped touching them altogether.
