2010 CNY + OPC = More driving hours Options

According to 2010 Public Holidays calendar at MOM:

"As Chinese New Year falls on Sunday 14 February 2010 and Monday 15 February 2010, the next day, Tuesday 16 February 2010, will be a public holiday."

For OPC folks out there, this translates to full day driving from 14-16 Feb. If you have converted to full Saturday scheme, you get 4 full consecutive driving days!

Nothing to grin about. IMO those who converted lose out on a full day for '1 of the 5 major holidays eve' since it falls on Saturday.

sun = normal public holiday ( all the way )
mon = super public holiday ( all the way )
tues = exchange public holiday for sunday ( all the way )

Actually, should it be 3 4/6 driving madness for old opc?

7am-7pm = 12hrs
Half of 12 hrs = 6 hrs
7am to 1pm = 6 hrs
However the old opc scheme is 7am - 3pm = 8 hrs
So 8/12 = 4/6

Visit relative also very difficult to find parking lot. Anyway problem not with OPC, its with the high numbers of car (OPC n normal car plate) in spore.
