It's like telling me a Volvo xc90 can outgun a M5. Come on.

No matter how powerful the engine is, the aerodynamics of juke will never be able to challenge the low cg of gallardo or Ferrari.

It's a Nissan event. They will not let other super cars shine.

A nissan event, then the result must be taken with a pinch of salt, or sand.

But still, it shows how good Nissan Engine & drivetrain are.

But Nissan Engine is TT, while others are NA, which are harder to make the same power.

I have utmost respect for GTR. It's engine. Gearbox. Drive train etc.

But to say that it will help the juke see off competitors like Lamborghini, Ferrari. Jokes

Three key reasons in this instance

1. The tight track

2. The R engine

3. The Driver.

Don't be fooled by the shell of the car.

The shell doesn't make the car.

It is for aesthetics and aerodynamics which matter little in a race like this.

Throw in even a cheap 5 yr old WRX and it won't be the last car in this pack either

But if the race is held on a wider longer broader track, the result will be different.

I am sure I can outrun all the cars here driving my brother in laws truck.

If the track is a mud filled swampy uneven sand track off Sembawang.

Guaranteed.

Hi sorry. Didn't really watch the video until ur reply.

The first time I clicked on the video it didn't work. Now it plays neatly

Yea agree. The twin turbo engine will work to its advantage in a small track like this.

While the rest are on NA.

In such instance aerodynamic is useless because the cars ain't exactly going fast.

And the cg isn't exactly a handicap becos of the sandy road surface. ie. instead of rolling, it slides sideways.

Cool. Thanks for pointing out. My bad.

Happy cny!

Using my iPad. Haha. I'm outside now.

Normally I'm rather quiet while my Oc etc will talk loudly.

Me too, at my parents place using my dad's iPad.

Every car is designed for specific conditions for it to excel. Some are good for wide/long open roads, some for tight/short twisty roads etc etc. Others are for anything in between. Yet maybe a few are all-rounders?.... :D

If I had the doughs to burn on / buy a car choosing between a normal GTR, a Juke GTR, and other similarily priced fast cars, I probably will take the Juke for it's 'odd-ball' (maybe even semi-illogical combination of power n non-aerodynamic/aethetic body) concept. :D
