Ok..since I complained them so much last time, I thought I should give them back some credit when they did improved.
I sent a parcel to Vpost USA 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised that I can do my own self declare for shipment now. I don't need to send them my invoice. Previously, sending them the invoice and getting them to recognise the invoice and giving me a shipping bill take a bloody long time. Now, when the parcel arrived at my Vost USA address, they will inform me (via email) that the parcel has arrived. Then I just login my Vpost account, do a self declare, and it will automatically show me the shipping bill. I do payment and that's it. Item will arrive 3-4 days later to my destination in SGP. It's fast. And they also didn't delay informing me when the parcel arrived at my Vpost USA address. Not bad...hope they maintain this well. |
