what is available now, am looking to take one soon. I heard most bank is offering 1.88% but some is offering 1.68%. Anyone know the conditions for the lower interest?. Thanks.

1.66% and better earlier repayment clause. But I believe you have to go through one of the loan agents to get this rate. Can't get it direct. |

UOB is ok, I've got mine at 1.88% with 1% admin fee for full settlement.
5mins approval. Most dealers will push for DBS because of high commission paid. |
