I believe even normal numbers but since the plate starts with 'E', the owner might try to mark up the selling price. As 'E' car plate should be in the 80s, the plate at least got 30 over years history.

Generally the problem with E plates are that no one sells if it is really good number. Even if they sell, they are highly priced.

Google "Singapore number plates for sale", you would find lot of leads from there. all the best.

Thinking if the owner give up driving, would the owner sell the car plate separately or just sell the car normally to used car dealer?

Definitely sell separately as it should be worth a few K at least. If not the car dealer will be laughing laugh.gif

But sometimes seems like the owner did not sell the car plate separately. If you are lucky, you might still able to find used car which comes with nice old plate.

Sometimes even the car number is nice. So it's depends on your luck when you buy used car.

Ever seen one Honda Airwave for sale with E plate 886, it's like giving free with the car as after I did a comparison, the car is no more expensive than a comparable Airwave. But not everyone are into number plates.
