GX9755L's passenger littering Options

We've met with our fair share of lousy drivers..
What if it's the passenger? Should we blame the driver also?

Was driving along Newton Road yday when suddenly the passenger in the car infront threw out a cup of ice.
I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have checked his blindspot. Could easily have hit a motorcyclist if there was one there.

Action around 38s. Realised that my camera tilted alittle high, but should be able to see la.

quite hard to see exactly what he threw. Saw something being thrown,. but cannot identify it at all

By the way, i'm pretty certain you can get NEA to take action.

You can email the details to "contact_NEA@nea.gov.sg" to tell them the details of the offence.

But i think just like traffic police, you have to be willing to testify in court if need be.

Ya lo.. not near enuf to capture exactly wad was thrown..
But passenger and I managed to see it. Should be finished drinking le then just anyhow throw out.

The ice also scattered all over the floor.

NEA will require you to go down to their HQ at Clementi to make the report, even if you have submitted the video evidence. They are open during office hours only. So, unless you are that civic-minded, you will be discouraged to file the report (gotta take time off from work!).
