Did a tour around the Leng Kee car showrooms. News not good. Showroom not packed like a fish market after CNY but not quiet like a cemetery. Saw a number of people sitting down to commit. COE would hold around 66K for Cat A.

The car dealers are very aggressive to sell their cars to clear backlogs, demo units...etc. due to change in CEVS regulations.

Overall my guess is:
Good news for people who already engaged a dealer with Guaranteed COE package, your dealer would die-die to secure COE this bid.

People who thinking to see some green numbers may be disappointed (Guess, COE premium may hit close to 70K for Cat A)[/size]
