Lobangs for wood grain steering wheel for Toyota Harrier?

My dad recently got his Toyota Harrier (Elegance) and he wants to change the steering wheel to a wood grain version similar to the one found in the Premium model.

Does anyone here have any lobangs on where to get something like this?

They are most happy to sell you as its of no use to them after they changed it.
