Is it a must to do wheel alignment if change all 4 tyres?

Hi, is it a must to do wheel alignments if changing 4 new tyres?
I am planning to change all 4 tyres soon .
But not sure about whether to do wheel alignments or not ?
Does it come free if change all 4 tyres or I need to pay for it ??
