Beehive3783 Turbocharged October 23, 2018 Share October 23, 2018 Not true. Hyundai and KIA do have assembly plants in USA. Should be global since all made in kr..
yishunite Turbocharged October 23, 2018 Share October 23, 2018 200 complaints about fires across 5 models since 2010... and another 200 complaints abt smoke on wires... In lawsuit-happy USA, I'm sure the insurance company will sue if they can. And Hyundai would act fast if they feel a class action from 3 million owners... seems that this one hasn't yet identify what is the cause... across 5 different models is also strange if theres 3 million vehicles. Might be user error?

Zxcvb Turbocharged October 23, 2018 Share October 23, 2018 Many ppl still think Hyundai and Kia are still made in South Korea?? They have production plants all over the world. Spare parts also widely available. Most major automotive brands are globalised already. Even Meiji milk sold in Singapore are made in Thailand.
