Dagger13 Neutral Newbie May 5, 2006 Share May 5, 2006 Test dirve it couple of months back when it was just launch. Many interesting features like cruise control & ESP, etc. To me, the car is all right except the shape. But did not preceed further as I've heard quite a lot of bad comments about their after sales service.
Furrynadz 5th Gear May 5, 2006 Share May 5, 2006 a fine example why i say citroen is a niche brand the general public cannot appreciate

Psfong Clutched May 5, 2006 Share May 5, 2006 I'm very surprised at the price of Citroen http://www.petrolwatch.com.sg/CITROEN.PHP. Its very low and comparable to the budget cars from Jap. Are the price for real???

Clement 2nd Gear May 5, 2006 Share May 5, 2006 Hi guys, How do you guys find the the Citroen C4? Any feedbacks on its reliablity, servicing and maintainance costs is much appreciated. Thanks Well, I am a former Citroen car owner. Now driving a Jap car and quite happy. The Citroen car was horrible. In short - totally unreliable and always breaks down when you least expect it to. The parts used are not tropicalised at all. So parts like hoses and rubber stuff will harden and leak or break. The agent is completely and utterly useless in terms of after sales service. If you need a good repair person, do private message me. I would strongly urge you to reconsider buying a Citroen car in S'pore. I had to send the car for service at least once/twice every month while I owned the car. That said, the only thing good about Citroen is their suspension systems, whether hydraulic or shock absorbers, the ride quality is unbelievably good. Never sat in any car with such a comfortable ride as a Citroen.
Showtime Neutral Newbie May 5, 2006 Share May 5, 2006 looks like you had a terrible experience dude. You are right, the dealership here is really small. once or twice a month? thats insane dude.

Dagger13 Neutral Newbie May 8, 2006 Share May 8, 2006 It's a fact that this car is not popular here. WHY?????
Odyssey02 Clutched May 8, 2006 Share May 8, 2006 citroen doesn't seem to have very good QC. some bro's have wonderful praises of the car while some detest it.
Clement 2nd Gear May 16, 2006 Share May 16, 2006 More like non-existent QC. Even a French man told me to avoid buying French cars. He himself drives a BMW in France! He does'nt even trust his own countrymen's car like Citroen, Peugeot or Renault. ↡ Advertisement
