Cold charge?

Total bs. How's anything going to get cold by some a/c coolant running through pipes.

It is just a leak to atmosphere at one of the vacuum pipes, which will lead to change in engine operation, and you may feel a difference. In general, vacuum leak is bad.

If they are selling "vacuum leak", why introduce the sham of "cold charge"? Unless they want some new ideas to trick people because vacuum leak has been done before, such as the E68, which is exactly the same as this.

There are multiple versions on this "Air Charger" thingy. They are basically the same, useless. So in order to market it, they gotta come up with fancy names each time. Cold charge, yeah right. [:|]
