the new models are 1.6hdi

power wise around same as 1.5dci but peugeot/citroen manual gearbox is much smoother than renault one, engine i say better also, its newer (3rd gen) than the few yr old 2nd gen 1.5dci

Saw a Malaysia Registered Kangoo this week, come with a third row of seats, very nice, too bad Singapore dont have!!

yup, they(NAZA) made it into an MPV (just like the Fiat Panorama but Kangoo got third row seat). the car is assembled in Malaysia itself.

boyboy...regretting getting ur getz huh...

me oso saw the new euro 4 goo...

but there's one thing i like bout contis...

dat is the face lift comes slower...

imagine buying a goo for like 2 years then a new facelift comes along...

at least for this current facelift....it has gone through one engine 'downgrade' but added turbo and an increase in horses...

goo may be the cheapest..but it looks the fiercest at least on the exterior...

as for interior...i think no eurovan can beat opel combo...

it seems every detail was taking into consideration...

even the cargo area is nicely done up...

but eh...i cant accept the front part of combo...

no offense but it looks squashed to me ...laugh.giflaugh.gif

its not a downgrade

its an upgrade and the way forward for all engines worldwide

same or more power and better fuel economy while downsizing

read my posts earlier on hdi faithfully

so u having 2 rides...

isnt that more ex??

The van had been a great workhorse both for biz and family, reckon it's time for the family to move around in greater comfort and allow the van to work more for official bizness purposes [;)]

Expenses go up for sure, so long is manageable & no need scrimp & save every dollar like mad can still go for annual holidays, think is still ok [thumbsup]

haha, not say regretting. some pluses like can cruise at 100 on highway and more importantly can go malaysia. so make the best of it lor [:)]

it is better than the old goo in many ways. FC and pickup are only two areas which getz lose out. petrol engine is still quieter (at least compared to my prev F1.9 diesel) and the ride is more refined, tho i can't say the getz handles better [lipsrsealed]

I just saw one private Kangoo this evening, SDV plate. Definitely not G-plater. Whether it has 3 rows I can't see, but likely it's like the Citroen Berlingo. [:)]
