Secondhand tyres

Hi all,does anyone here used secondhand tyres before?I heard tyre shop sell secondhand one,but dunno how much it cost.Care to share abt the cost and the safety aspect of it?

S$40 each for 2nd hand "take Off" 175/65R14 tyres with a few hundred km mileage.

Tyres are the only substance in your car that are in contact with the road.

 

Unless you are scraping your car in no time, don't pray pray with lousy tyres.

175 a bit too small.I heard someone can get it at $15 per piece.but the safety aspect a bit .I might need 185 or 195.

S$15 per piece ones may be already 1/2 worn out.

 

These $40 ones are almost brand new ones taken off from new car owners who drive from car showroom upon collection to the tyre shop to change to bigger tyres and rims.
