Hi Fellow Car Forumers,

Now that OPEC is feeling the pressure to increase their pump volume to meet demand, this has led to prices of crude oil come tumbling down. It is about time that our fellow Cartel petrolumn companies feel the pressure to lower pump prices. Or will it be that they will continue to live up to the famous well known fact that they will be quick to rise but slow to drop typical of every Cartel!

We already know that they have always been proactive & fast in rising prices BUT slow in cutting prices. So I'm afraid consumers are going to be a disappointed lot again with the toothless CASE doing nothing efficient yet again.

Although I wish that they would quickly adjust the petrol prices down, I have to say that the petrol price is not only dependent on price of crude oil, but also on the capacities of the oil refineries.

In either case, let's just hope petrol can go down to $1.5xx levels again (or even lower for that matter!!) [:p]

it an economic cycle ... oil price goes up ... business goes bust ... ecomony down ... oil price goes down ... market goes thru re-consolidation ... and everything start all over again ... [:p]
