Head or neck Restrainer

i've read somewhere i can't remember regarding head/neck restrainer. the article said that it is supposed to help the head/neck from getting injuries in the event of accident n it's not supposed to be used as a head/neck rest. but usually, i see ppl resting their head on this while driving n the seating position is rather awkward. n these ppl i usually observed r the kind of ppl who dun care the surroundings n other road users like driving slow in the fast lane, not signalling while changing lanes n never even bother to check their blindspots...n when i looked at them, dunno if they r awake or asleep...

 

i tried doing that n it's diff to drive that way wif the seat declined backwards..mayb u guys got a diff view....
