Your FIT with moonroof at $55k without rebate is even more amazing. That is the lowest I ever know.

Which PI?

Mmmm... $55k base on COE 11k 3 bid guaranteed.. [flowerface]

if the COE go up by 1k means me have to top up lor.. [crazy]

$55 + 1k = 56k [:p]

if COE go to 15k top up $4k.. [dizzy]

but go up more than 14k he will call me first.. [gossip][grouphug]

$55 + $4k = $59k

i think still ok with $59 GF come with moonroof.. cos some PIs selling @ $58-GF @ is round COE.. [shocked]

hope this is the good buy [sweatdrop][sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

I hope the price is not due to some cash rebates or some removal of the standard items.

And the thread continue.........

According to Wikipedia, the Allion replaces the Carina ! Now that is a name that is during my time back in the 80s ! The Carina was a real dog of a car ! Big but really runs like a dog !

Just saw the 2008 Allion in the skin at Bukit Panjang Plaza Road Show ! I am pretty impressed by this car ! The interior resembles the Mark X alot ! The central console, the Automatic Shift stick ! The wood trim !

The SE quoted me $68 with leather, sports rims, body kit and everything else ! The original cloth interior is too good to be replaced with cheap local leather ! It would be real pity ! Last day offer was the word ! Must buy now or else no more offer !

There is two trim level...guess the one I saw at BPP is the higher one ! The interior is very chio !

Really wish I could change my ride now but.....got to wait !

How come no PI bringing in the 1.8 and 2.0 version ?

The price will kill potential buyer since it most likely will cross higher than Civic 1.8L.

You are right ! Such cars fall into the family sedan category and anything above 1.6 is gonna meet with lots of resistance....okay the Civic 1.8 is special.

It would be ideal if there is a 1.6 but guess the 1.5 would do just as well. Wonder how is the consumption of this 1.5 engine is like ! Can get 14-15 km per litre ?

yup, the interior resembles mark x esp the gear shift. saw the 1.8L version at parkway parade yesterday, got my heart pounding. its $77K for the 1.8L. shd be in the civic price range.

What are your friend feeling about the power ? Wonder if 1.5 is sufficient for a relatively big car as the Allion ! [:/]

Not so bad according to him (if compared to other same cat.). He just downgrade from Toyota Harrier 2.4 to Allion. Main reason is on the fuel cost.

He is fetching about 9KM/L for the Harrier.

9km/litre for the Harrier ! Not bad already considering the size ! But that must be a drastic switch over ! I mean from a mean lean SUV to a small family 4 door sedan !

Somemore, the Allion's boot space is big enough for a CNG conversion but cannot use such a big tank for the conversion ! Use CNG and save so more ! Not a bad deal. Really like the interior. Japanese really good at this !

Hi,

I'm driving an ALLION, still running in, only a week old. For your information, I getting ard 14.8 km/l. Still need to monitor for a few tanks....

Cannot comment on the power as still running in, keeping 2k rpm all times....

But the ride is [thumbsup] compared to my last ride: Honda Jazz.

Cheers
