Hi everyone, I just detailed this big and mean looking ride yesterday. Luckily for me, its pretty new and only has some minor swirls and washlines. However, upon washing, i realised how rough the paintwork was due to the shipyard's fine oversprays which resulted in plenty of fine paint spots all over the car. [sweatdrop]

Most of the spots were removed by the normal grade claybar, but the remaining 20% had to be removed using an abrasive clay which resulted in hazing of the paintwork. Enough of talking, here comes the pics.....

super highly illegal car! [lipsrsealed]

bull bar, winch, exposed fogs.

btw, Jeep Wranglers are not "supposed" to look shiney! [laugh][laugh] that's just my opinion though. but nice job nonetheless! [thumbsup]

Other nice and shiny ride from your magic touch.

Like some bros mentioned, its pure heavy metal.

Straight right angle lines like those on a

SAF Land Rover Defender 110.

Exposed door hinges, winches, steel bars and

exposed rear spare wheels.

I was wondering how do you shine those canvas

roof and rear canopy?

As this ride was pretty new, the canvas portion only had a shampoo and wipe down with very much diluted cleaner on some portion. Otherwise, it was left alone. [;)] Anyway, if I have to do it, I would go with an exterior protectant for vinyl. Its different from a soft top as its a different material and its much easier to maintain as it is more resistant to chemical cleaners.
